Where data is transferred outside India, we implement appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms permitted under applicable law, in line with the nature of the processing and provider location.
6. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and dispute resolution requirements. Technical logs may be retained in shorter rolling windows unless needed for security investigations.
7. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work continuously to reduce risk.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based (without affecting prior processing).
